Deskripsi pekerjaan QA Auditor PT. CT Advance Technology
- Memastikan implementasi standar seperti: ISO 9001, API Q1 (jika perusahaan API certified) , API 5L (untuk line pipe) , API 5CT
- Menyusun dan mengontrol: SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Work Instruction (WI) , Quality Plan , Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
- Melakukan internal audit QMS.
- Menindaklanjuti hasil audit internal dan eksternal.
- Memastikan proses produksi sesuai prosedur: Incoming material inspection, Forming, Welding (ERW/SAW) ,Heat treatment , Hydrotest , NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT) ,Visual inspection ,Final inspection
- Mengawasi implementasi: Process control, Parameter produksi , Traceability material
- Mengontrol dokumen mutu: Drawing, Specification, Procedure, Method statement
- Mengelola dokumen seperti: MTC (Mill Test Certificate), Inspection Report, Test Record, Calibration Record
- Mengidentifikasi produk tidak sesuai (Non-Conforming Product).
- Mengeluarkan: NCR (Non-Conformance Report)
- Melakukan: Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action (CA), Preventive Action (PA) dan Memastikan tindakan perbaikan efektif.
- Berkoordinasi dengan: Customer Inspector, Third Party Inspector (TPI), Certification body
- Menghadiri: Customer audit, Surveillance audit, Witness inspection
