TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Team, Stakeholders or Business Users / Owners, clarify and provide feeback on testing requirements.
- Create and evaluate user story acceptance criteria.
- Involved at all Scrum activities (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
- Understanding functionality of feature.
- Perform all aspects of test verification, functional and regression / rehearsal testing.
- Understanding the severity of the bug and give information to developers in order to fix it.
- Report defects and track defects to closure, escalating as appropriate.
- Respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases.
- Proactive and give the feedback for improvement in the sprint retrospectives.
- Be positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders.
- Carry out Agile values and principles.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree ( any major)
- Has experience in application testing (unit, functional, integration, UAT, performance, JIRA), test case definition
- Have an interest in or Product Development System.
- Have Agile Tester and/or Agile Scrum Certification will be preferred.
- Computer literate with good. (Ms Word, Ms Excell, Power Point, JIRA)
- Analytical ability and good communication.
- Honest and have high integrity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa)
- Hard worker, quick learner, and ability to assume responsibility.
- Work well under pressure as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment smoothly.
