Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications using Python for the Bank Danamon (BDI) AI Roleplay System (new project).
Design and implement RESTful APIs, including CRUD operations, authentication, and authorization using the FastAPI framework.
Collaborate with AI engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI services (such as Azure OpenAI or other AI platforms) into backend applications.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services following software engineering best practices.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work closely with the Supervisor and project team to deliver project milestones within agreed timelines.
Top 3 Responsibilities
Develop end-to-end backend services for the Bank Danamon AI Roleplay System using Python.
Build and maintain CRUD APIs, authentication, and backend architecture using FastAPI.
Integrate AI services (Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms) into business applications.

Indonesian Citizen.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing applications using FastAPI.
Minimum 2 years of experience integrating or developing solutions using AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or other AI platforms.
Strong understanding of RESTful API development and backend architecture.
Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Nice to Have
Experience working with Azure Cloud services.
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Previous experience in banking, financial services, or insurance projects.
Project
Bank Danamon (BDI) AI Roleplay System (New Project)
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the backend system and integrating AI capabilities to support the AI Roleplay platform.
Expected Deliverables
Deliver a stable, scalable, and secure backend solution for the Bank Danamon AI Roleplay System.
Successfully implement CRUD services, authentication, and AI service integrations.
Produce clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
