Qualifications
- Demonstrated familiarity or hands-on experience with data lakes and data warehouses, including both row-based and columnar storage architectures
- Proficient in designing and executing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and server administration
- Working knowledge of common data-exchange formats such as JSON, Parquet, and XML
- Proven ability to optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a comparable role
- Sound understanding of AI platforms and their practical applications
- Skilled in data-cleansing techniques and data-quality best practices
Responsibilities
- Involved in the process of developing software or systems using the Python programming language according to the specified specifications
- Collaborate with tech team to design, develop, and maintain applications using Python
- Troubleshoot applications, find bugs and offer timely solutions
- Conducting developer testing and bug fixing
