Deskripsi pekerjaan purchasing PT Unimotor Technology Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily purchasing activities including request, quotation, and purchase order (PO) issuance.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, price, and timely delivery.
3. Negotiate with vendors for the best commercial and delivery terms.
4. Coordinate with user departments to identify and fulfill material or service needs.
5. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy and KEK regulations.
6. Monitor order status and follow up on delivery schedules to avoid shortages or delays.
7. Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database.
8. Support customs and logistics documentation related to inbound/outbound materials in KEK.
9. Collaborate with finance for payment processing and vendor reconciliation.
10. Participate in continuous improvement of procurement processes and cost efficiency.
Job Qualification :
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or KEK area.
3. Good understanding of procurement processes, import/export procedures, and KEK regulations.
4. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Proficient in using ERP or purchasing systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
6. Attention to detail, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
7. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
8. English is must (spoken and written)
9. Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java
