We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong negotiation skills to join our team as a Purchasing Staff.
Job Description
- Create monthly purchasing plans based on company needs
- Handle monthly purchasing activities according to operational requirements
- Monitor stock levels accurately to avoid overstock
- Monitor stock movement to prevent dead stock
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing
- Maintain and update supplier database according to company needs
- Manage packaging supplier/manufacturer data
- Prepare purchasing forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operational supply needs
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational School graduate (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experienced in purchasing/procurement is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Able to work under deadlines and targets
- Good teamwork and coordination skills
