Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily purchasing requests for villa operational needs.
- Find suppliers, compare prices, and select products that offer the best balance of price and quality.
- Communicate with suppliers and maintain good working relationships with them.
- Check that purchased items match the requested specifications, quantities, and quality standards.
- Monitor stock availability and arrange replenishment of operational supplies when needed.
- Keep purchasing records, invoices, receipts, and other related documents organized and up to date.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure their purchasing needs are handled properly and on time.
- Follow company purchasing procedures and ensure purchases stay within the approved budget.
Requirements
- Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar position is preferred.
- Experience in villa operations, hospitality, or property management is an advantage.
- Good negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with suppliers.
- Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible in handling purchasing tasks.
- Able to organize daily tasks, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for recording and tracking purchases.
- Able to work independently and coordinate well with other team members.
