Deskripsi pekerjaan PURCHASING SUPERVISOR PT. Gelimang Artamas (Toscana Italian Restaurant)
PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Purchasing Supervisor to join our Corporate Team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the end-to-end purchasing process for all company outlets.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and service.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods while maintaining inventory availability.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare and review Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Analyze purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Prepare purchasing reports and support management with procurement analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in the Restaurant, Hospitality, or Hotel industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
