Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all purchasing activities to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
3. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost efficiency.
4. Analyze purchasing needs and ensure alignment with the company’s budget and operational requirements.
5. Monitor and ensure the completeness and accuracy of purchase documentation in compliance with internal procedures.
6. Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
7. Prepare and submit regular purchasing reports to management.
8. Review and enhance procurement processes to drive continuous improvement.
   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or equivalent).
5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
6. Solid knowledge of procurement processes, cost analysis, and vendor management.
7. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
8. Strong leadership, integrity, and analytical thinking.
9. Basic understanding of procurement law and contract management is a plus.
10. Preferably experienced in manufacturing, distribution, or health supplement industry.
