Purchasing Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Purchasing Supervisor to manage our local procurement of coconut and palm raw materials and related products in Indonesia.

Your main duties include:

• Planning and executing procurement activities to ensure stable supply and cost control

• Sourcing, evaluating and conducting on-site certification for local suppliers

• Monitoring production and product quality, conducting factory inspection and quality follow-up

• Issuing purchasing orders (PO), tracking production, shipment and full order delivery progress

• Handling all purchasing after-sales issues, quality complaints, delays, returns and compensation settlement

• Maintaining purchasing records, supplier files, and strictly follow company rules and working arrangements

• Accepting occasional business trips to outer islands for supplier audit and field inspection

Requirements

• Honest, dedicated, responsible, able to follow company management system and work discipline

• Fluent in English for daily business communication and negotiation (Indonesian native speaker preferred)

• Possess valid driving license and skilled in driving for field work

• Willing to take irregular outer-island business trips within Indonesia

• Working experience in coconut, palm or agricultural product procurement is preferred

• Familiar with PO process and product quality control is an advantage
