Deskripsi pekerjaan PURCHASING SUPERVISOR FOOD MANUFACTURE FMCG PT. NHF Diamond Indonesia
1. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in purchasing or procurement in the food manufacturing industry
2. Proven track record in sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management
3. Experienced in handling both local and international suppliers
4. Familiar with food-grade raw materials, packaging specs, and supplier certifications
5. Solid knowledge of food safety standards (e.g. HACCP, Halal, BPOM, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000)
6. Comfortable working with import documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for forecasting and purchasing planning
8. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers
9. Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and problem-solving under tight timelines
10. Ability to coordinate across departments and able to lead a small team and foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven culture
11. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
12. Willing to work on Saturdays (Half Day)
