Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in economics, engineering, management or related field
- 1–2 years experiences in Purchasing/Procurement/SCM
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations effectively, manage priorities efficiently, and deliver structured, solution-oriented outcomes.

Job Description
- Review and verify Purchase Requests (PR) from departments
- Input PR data and manage procurement records
- Source and evaluate suppliers (supplies, raw materials, technical items)
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up PO approvals and send PO to suppliers
- Ensure completeness of documents for payment
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers
