Key Responsibility:
- Manage principle and supplier communications and procurement activities.
- Verify Purchase Requests and process Purchase Orders.
- Monitor order status, supplier confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate supplier payments and invoice administration.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchasing documentation.
- Arrange import shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely and efficient procurement, shipping, and delivery processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Import, or Supply Chain operations.
- Strong understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and import documentation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and principals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to review pricing, quotations, and procurement documents accurately.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
