Purchasing Staff
We are looking for a creative, self-driven, enthusiastic and passionate purchasing staff to join our growing, massive, and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Own the entire Purchase Orders (PO) journey from initial creation to closure
• Do necessary follow ups to ensure PO is created and received on time
• Provide exceptional coordination with other departments and suppliers
• Get updated on latest price, discounts, and promos from suppliers
• Maintain any data related to supplier and product info including registration and administration
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in the related field
• FMCG background will be our priority
• At least Diploma Degree in any field
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Having network of suppliers will be preferred
• Having basic knowledge in stock management will be preferred
• Good communication, negotiation, organization, and vendor relationship skill
• Proactive and able to take necessary initiatives to get things done
