Purchasing Staff will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement operations while supporting the overall goals of the organization.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related area is required. Proficiency in Industrial Purchasing, Material Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Procurement Management, Purchasing, and Purchasing Negotiation is essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
