Job Description:
1. Manage purchasing activities, especially for IT-related products and services
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers/vendors
3. Ensure timely procurement in accordance with company needs
4. Maintain accurate documentation and purchasing records
5. Support compliance with company standards and procedures (including ISO, if applicable)
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
2. Minimum GPA of 3.0
3. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
5. Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken)
6. Understanding of VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh) calculations
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Logical and structured thinking
9. Good communication skills with internal teams and suppliers
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
1. Experience in Purchasing, preferably in an IT company
2. Familiar with ISO standards, especially ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001
