PURCHASING STAFF

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.

* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office.

* Able to work independently and in a team.

* Experience in construction, landscape, or building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

* Source and evaluate suppliers.

* Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

* Process Purchase Orders (PO) and manage procurement.

* Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.

* Ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Maintain supplier database and purchasing records.

* Full-time | WFO

* Monday – Saturday
