Position Summary
The Purchasing & Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and ensuring the timely delivery of all food, beverage, operating supplies, equipment, and services required for the successful operation of Naked Bones Bar & Restaurant.
This role requires a highly organized, commercially minded, and proactive individual who can build strong supplier relationships, negotiate the best value, maintain high product quality, control costs, and support the restaurant's creative and operational goals.
The successful candidate must demonstrate integrity, reliability, creativity, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
- Source high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers before major purchases.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, discounts, rebates, and delivery schedules.
- Purchase food, beverages, cleaning supplies, uniforms, packaging, equipment, and operating supplies.
- Ensure all purchases meet the restaurant's quality standards and budget.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Develop alternative suppliers to minimize supply chain risks.
