Job Description:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain effective communication with local and overseas suppliers, including Mandarin-speaking vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure purchasing requirements are fulfilled.
- Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to support purchasing decisions.
- Track order status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, quantity, and delivery discrepancies.
- Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams regarding purchasing activities.
- Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain in fnb industry.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate, good mandarin plus point
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full-time at the Head Office, Daan Mogot. West Jakarta
