Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end procurement of F&B and operational supplies
. Source and evaluate vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and reliability
. Maintain optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency
· Handle purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation
Requirements:
. Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in hospitality/F&B
. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
. Detail-oriented with good administrative abilities
. Familiar with inventory systems and procurement processes
