Purchasing Staff (Pre-Opening)

We are looking for a Purchasing / Procurement Staff to support our operations by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement of goods. If you are detail-oriented, agile, and passionate about the beauty industry, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

1. Identify product, material, and equipment needs and prepare monthly Purchase Request (PR) plans based on operational forecasts and usage data.
2. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
3. Distribute products, materials, and equipment while tracking deliveries and timelines.
4. Maintain strong communication and long-term relationships with existing suppliers.
5. Resolve procurement issues related to delays, shortages, damaged, or rejected items.
6. Maintain complete and accurate documentation, including Purchase Request, Purchase Order, quotations, contracts, and invoices.
7. Record all incoming and outgoing items in the inventory system.
8. Identify and evaluate new suppliers to improve pricing, quality, and lead times.
9. Input purchasing data into the system and prepare regular purchasing and inventory reports.
10. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure all purchased items meet operational requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
2. Minimum Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3. Strategic thinker with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
5. Strong analytical and numerical skills with proven problem-solving ability.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or Procurement software.
7. Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to service excellence and cost efficiency.
9. Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
10. English proficiency is an advantage.
