Purchasing Staff (Penempatan Semarang)

CV. Dwi Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in the field of trade. We play a role in supporting infrastructure development and fulfilling the demand for project material needs. We already support the customer project spread in Indonesia, such as PT WIJAYA KARYA (PERSERO) TBK, PT NINDYA KARYA (PERSERO) TBK, PT ADHI PERSADA PROPERTI, ABIPRAYA, PT PLN, PERTAMINA EP, etc. We have branches including PT Afaz Jaya Perkasa which is located in Jakarta & Surabaya, CV Dwi Jaya Mandiri which is located in Semarang & Bali, and PT Apada Cipta Jaya which is located in Boyolali.

Job Requirements :

1. Education minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial), or any related field

2. Experienced 1-2 years in purchasing field, especially in project-based procurement (preferred)

3. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and project material requirements

4. Able to source, negotiate, and evaluate vendor to ensure cost efficiency and quality compliance

4. Familiar with contract terms, purchase agreements, and project timelines

5. Knowledge of HS Code and import/export regulations (preferred)

6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

8. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
