Deskripsi pekerjaan Purchasing Specialist PT US Freight Services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Logistics major is a plus)

• Experience & knowledge in Purchasing for Projects

• Strong negotiation & analytical skills

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, organized & able to meet tight deadlines

• Fluent in English

• Multitasking and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

• Create & follow up Purchase Orders (PO)

• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors and internal teams

• Ensure timely delivery of items in good condition

• Source & evaluate alternative suppliers

• Negotiate and analyze quotations

• Monitor supplier/vendor performance
