Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or a related position.
- Experience in the garment, textile, or apparel industry is preferred.
- Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Able to communicate in basic English for daily conversations.
- Able to write and reply to supplier emails in English.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Possess high integrity, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
- Humble, disciplined, and willing to follow company policies and supervisor instructions.
Job Responsibilities : - Handle daily purchasing orders and procurement activities.
- Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules and order progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collect, verify, and manage all purchasing and receiving documents, including internal receiving records.
- Input and maintain purchasing data accurately in the SAP system.
- Process monthly payments and ensure all supporting documents are completed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and related issues.
- Support procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
