Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance requirements
Job Description :
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders for raw materials, components, and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop procurement strategies
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize pricing, quality, and delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to support data-driven decision making
