Purchasing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

PT Himawari Makmur Abadi is Looking for a detail oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist who speaks fluenly in Mandarin to join our Head Office in Kapuk Kencana No.7, Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for Managing Procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and facilitating communication with vendors to ensure the acquisition of quality goods and services for our operations.

Responsibilities :

Source, negotiate, and procure supplies and materials needed for daily operations, specifically for ME, Interior, and House hold goods materials.

process Purchase Requisitions in Accurate Programs for goods to be procured from China.

Provide and Analyze price comparisons to ensure cost effective purchasing.

Assist and preparing and managing customs clearance documentation.

Support the clearance process for imported goods.

Coordinate with internal users across Warehouse and Managing Director to meet procurement needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Bussiness Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (Both verbal and written).

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role.

Has experience in handling supplies and materials for ME, Interior and House hold goods.

Proficiency in using Accurate Program for procurement tasks is preferred.

Understanding of import documentation and customs clearance procedures.

Strong Analytical skill for price comparison and cost efficiency.

Good Communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments.

Must be have Licence SIM A active.
