Deskripsi pekerjaan PURCHASING OFFICER Damai Indah Golf
To manage the procurement of club operational needs, especially food ingredients, kitchen equipment, and operational goods for our Food & Beverage Department.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of raw materials, kitchen inventory, and restaurant operations
- Familiar with supplier sourcing, negotiation, and inventory control
- Knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting is a plus
- Have a local supplier database (food ingredients, packaging, kitchen equipment, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf – PIK (Jakarta Utara)
