Background:
Borneo Pasifik Global is currently expanding into the padel industry, with new courts being built in three locations in Jakarta: Lebak Bulus, Pluit, and Slipi.
We’re also looking for a Purchasing Officer to help handle and manage procurement for this padel business expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in purchasing / procurement (min. 1–3 years preferred).
- Fresh grad with strong internship experience in purchasing/procurement are welcome too.
- Understand lifestyle / sports culture (padel, gym, active lifestyle vibes).
- Padel enthusiast / sporty lifestyle person.
- Familiar with event setup & merchandise sourcing.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta.
Job Descriptions:
- Handle end-to-end purchasing process (from request to goods arrival).
- Source reliable suppliers who can offer the best deal (without compromising quality & vibe).
- Negotiate price, lead time, and terms like a pro.
- Keep track of stock to ensure everything runs smoothly, no “out of stock” drama.
- Work closely with ops, events, and court teams to ensure all needs are aligned.
- Ensure all items meet company standards (quality check is a must).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
