Job Responsibilities
• Handle purchasing activities based on the company's operational needs.
• Source, identify, and evaluate suppliers to obtain the best prices, quality, and purchasing terms.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all purchasing documents are complete.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Compare supplier quotations and ensure purchasing activities are cost-effective.
• Prepare purchasing reports and maintain updated supplier databases.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all purchasing requirements are fulfilled.
Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good Mandarin language skills are welcome to apply.
