Purchasing Food and Baverages

Job Description:

1. Check all Invoice and Delivery Order from Supplier and Outlet
2. Negotiate with suppliers best contract term & pricing
3. Monitor trends of prices per item and suppliers to facilitate negotiation or cost optimization
4. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely supply chain continuity
5. Perform random audits and check invoices against contract agreement, if discrepancies to report to suppliers for correction and/or the management

Requirements:

1. Diutamakan Wanita
2. Min bachelor degree
3. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position (preferably from Food and Beverage Industry)
4. Expert in Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel etc) & Purchasing system
5. Good interpersonal skill, Communication skill and Negotiation skill.
6. Dynamic, detail and result oriented.
