Job Description :
• Handle import and local purchases.
• Looking for several vendors for comparison.
• Analyze vendors and suppliers to find the best vendor.
• Negotiate with vendors to get the best price.
• Checking the suitability between the specifications of the goods/services required by the user and those offered by the supplier.
• Monitor the process of shipping goods.
• Ensure that the goods arrive in good condition and arrive on time.
• Maintain good relationship with vendors.
• Create invoices, purchase orders/ work orders.
• Perform invoice checking to ensure there are no billing errors by the vendor.
Qualifications :
• Min bachelor's degree from any major.
• Minimal 3 year experience as Procurement/Purchasing.
• Good initiative, fast learner, honest.
• Have a good communication & negotiation skill.
• Target oriented and good working in a team.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office and Accurate.
• Can communicate in English & Mandarin (min passive).
