PURCHASING
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the purchasing process, including creating and following up on Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Negotiate pricing to achieve the best value while maintaining product quality.
• Maintain purchasing, inventory, supplier, and item data in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with the Finance team regarding supplier invoices and payments.
• Perform quality control (QC) on received goods and monitor service/repair items.
• Ensure all purchasing and shipping documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, preferably in the retail, fashion, jewelry, or import industry.
• Experience handling import purchasing and international suppliers is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/webERP is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willing to be based in Kerobokan, Bali.
