Purchasing Coordinator

Procurement Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Team Supervision:

Inventory Control:

Establish inventory control policies to minimize waste and optimize inventory management.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Develop purchasing budgets and ensure procurement activities align with company budgets.

Evaluate and analyze costs and pricing structures to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.

Supplier Performance Evaluation:

Assess the performance of suppliers based on quality, delivery, and price.

Address any supplier issues related to delivery delays, poor quality, or other challenges.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance for upper management.

Conduct market research to identify new products, services, and suppliers.
