Deskripsi pekerjaan Purchasing & Procurement officer AVIP Interior
As the Purchasing & Procurement Officer at PT Avip Interiors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless procurement of materials and services required for our interior design projects. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, and managing the end-to-end procurement process. This is a full-time position based in our office in West Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to expand the company's vendor pool
Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best possible pricing, delivery timelines, and terms
Manage the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of materials
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs and efficiency
Collaborate closely with the Design and Project Management teams to understand their requirements
Analyse procurement data and provide recommendations to improve processes and cost control
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role in the interior design or construction industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in using procurement software or similiar systems
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliveries
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
