We have partnered with leading institutions, including the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Education, and the Judicial Commission of Indonesia, to deliver impactful and memorable campaigns.
We are looking for a Purchasing & General Affair to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations by managing procurement, vendor coordination, office facilities, company assets, inventory, and administrative processes to ensure a productive and well-organized workplace.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities while working effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in purchasing, asset management, and office administration are highly valued.
