Job Qualifications :
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- Min. 2 years of proven experience in international purchasing and export-import operations.
- Proficient knowledge of Indonesian customs clearance and export-import regulations.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) and excellent with MS Office/ERP software.
- Strong negotiation skills, highly detailed, and proactive attitude.
- Willing to be stationed at the Head Office in Bogor, West Java.
Key Responsibilites:
- Manage end-to-end procurement for laboratory equipment from global and local suppliers.
- Handle shipment logistics, customs clearance, and trade documentation (B/L, AWB, Invoice, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with government trade policies and permits (BPOM, Lartas, SKI),
- Monitor international shipments and collaborate with the finance/warehouse team for accurate landed cost logging.
