Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or receiving, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
Bachelor degree of accounting, management or any field.
Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
Experience in receiving goods, quality inspection, and stock management.
Familiar with inventory software.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C.
Responsibilities:
Purchase and manage the supply of goods needed for daily operations.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of received goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
Assist in managing purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
Search for new vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Report and resolve issues related to deliveries or stock discrepancies.
Support the team with any purchasing needs.
