Public Relations Specialist (Maternity Leave Replacement)

The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the school's public image through effective communication strategies. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with Parents, Students, media outlets, and other community stakeholders. The role involves planning and executing public relations campaigns, organizing events, and representing the school at various public forums. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for school initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse audiences are essential for success in this position.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents, students, media representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in planning and executing public relations campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Ability to create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, social media, websites, and other communication materials.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri campuses in Menteng and Panglima Polim, Jakarta. (Shuttle from campus to campus will be provided)
