Jobdesk:
- Implement and execute brand communication strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor and ensure the service team adheres to high-quality customer service standards
- Act as a customer service representative, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions
- Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications :
- Minimum education of D3/S1 in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management/PR or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Good knowledge of F&B Service
- Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and during national holidays
- Attractive appearance and strong leadership skills
- Willing to join ASAP
