About the role
We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and well-organized Public Relations (PR) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with members, business partners, institutions and other stakeholders, as well as supporting MÜSİAD Indonesia's events, networking activities and day-to-day external communications.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, business partners, institutions, communities and other external stakeholders.
- Represent MÜSİAD Indonesia professionally during meetings, events, networking activities and other business functions.
- Support the planning and execution of events, seminars, networking sessions, business meetings and other organizational activities.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with external parties to ensure smooth collaboration and activities.
- Assist in maintaining good relationships and communication with MÜSİAD Indonesia members and business networks.
- Identify and develop potential relationships with relevant companies, organizations, communities, and institutions.
- Support the organization's communication and engagement activities, including social media or other communication channels when required.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence and other documents related to PR and organizational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure activities and projects are carried out smoothly.
- Stay informed about relevant business, networking, and Indonesia–Türkiye-related developments that may be relevant to the organization.
