Role Description
This is a full time intern role at Artemis Indonesia, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, designed specifically for fresh graduates as a direct pathway to full-time employment based on performance.
Working closely with Consultants, you will support a range of client projects across corporate communications, media relations, crisis communications, public affairs, and government relations. The role will provide exposure to various areas of communications, including financial PR, marketing communications, and digital communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Hands-on PR or media relations experience gained during studies, such as an internship, a campus media or PR role, student organization publicity, or agency project work.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, able to write press releases, media pitches, and social media copy in both languages.
- Understands how the media works: what makes a story newsworthy and how to approach journalists professionally.
- Follows current news and media trends and can spot opportunities relevant to a client brand.
- Strong research and analytical skills, including basic media monitoring and summarizing coverage results.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
- Works independently while collaborating well with a team.
- Proactive, curious, and open to feedback.
- Comfortable using Google productivity tools (Google Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentation, Drive).
