Lumen Creative Agency is looking for a Public Relations professional to join our team in Bali!

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, media, KOLs, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a professional representative of the agency in all external interactions.
- Assist in client presentations, meetings, and ongoing communication needs.
- Oversee PR initiatives and ensure all project deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
- Build and maintain networks across media, communities, and influencer networks.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support client communication strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting timelines.
Job Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred, maximum 35 years old
- Bali-based only (WFO)
- Available to join immediately or by early September.
- Requires solid Public Relations experience and basic understanding of digital marketing & social media with strong communication abilities in both speaking and writing.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus, especially for communicating with international clients.
- Have an energetic, sociable, and adaptable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in presenting to clients, leading discussions, and coordinating external communications.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, media, and KOLs
- Must be well-organized, proactive, responsible to deadline, and able to manage schedules and multiple projects independently or within a team.
- Having established connections with media, communities, or influencers is highly beneficial.
