Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Background education from PTN
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Public Relations, Communications, or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in public speaking and presentation.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with media relations and social media management.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Good appearance and professional attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
- Experience in event management is a plus.
- English communication skill is preferred.
Job Description :
- Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead media relations, press conferences, and brand communication activities.
- Build strategic partnerships with media, communities, and stakeholders.
- Supervise PR campaigns and ensure strong brand visibility.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management.
- Analyze PR performance and media exposure reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams for integrated campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior PR team members.
