*WE ARE HIRING - CORPORATE DEPARTMENT*

*Main Objective:*

The main objective of this role is to support the Company’s corporate services by handling and coordinating the full process of PT PMA establishment, corporate administration, company licensing, and related documentation in accordance with Indonesian regulations and the Company’s standards.

The Corporate Department will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, coordination, tracking, and completion of PT PMA-related matters, including client data collection, company structure review, name reservation, deed preparation, Ministry approval, NIB/OSS registration, KBLI review, NPWP coordination, corporate documents, and other supporting administrative processes.

This role requires a candidate who understands the full workflow of PT PMA establishment and is able to coordinate clearly with clients, notaries, legal teams, government-related parties, and internal departments to ensure that all corporate matters are handled accurately, professionally, and within the required timeline.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle and coordinate the full process of PT PMA establishment from initial document collection until the completion of corporate documents.

* Review and collect client information and supporting documents required for PT PMA incorporation.

* Coordinate company name reservation, shareholder structure, director and commissioner details, business activities, KBLI selection, capital structure, and company domicile information.

* Coordinate with notaries regarding deed preparation, deed signing, company establishment documents, amendments, and Ministry of Law and Human Rights approval.

* Support and monitor the issuance of corporate documents, including Deed of Establishment, Ministry Approval Decree, NIB, OSS registration, NPWP, and other relevant documents.

* Assist with OSS-related processes, including NIB registration, KBLI checking, business licensing, Standard Certificate status, and other licensing requirements.

* Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate documents, client records, company data, trackers, and internal documentation.

* Follow up with clients regarding missing documents, required information, signatures, and pending approvals.

* Coordinate with the legal, immigration, tax, finance, admin, and management teams regarding PT PMA-related matters.

* Ensure that all corporate processes are properly tracked, updated, and completed within the agreed timeline.

* Identify issues or delays in the PT PMA process and report them to the relevant team or management.

* Maintain clear communication with clients, notaries, government-related parties, and internal teams.

* Support the preparation of corporate summaries, status updates, document checklists, and progress reports when required.

* Maintain confidentiality of all Company, client, shareholder, corporate, legal, financial, and business-related information.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in corporate services, legal administration, PT PMA establishment, company licensing, or a similar role.

* Good understanding of the full PT PMA establishment process in Indonesia.

* Familiar with corporate documents, including Deed of Establishment, Ministry Approval Decree, NIB, OSS documents, NPWP, and company licensing documents.

* Good understanding of OSS/NIB registration, KBLI selection, business licensing, and Standard Certificate matters.

* Able to coordinate with notaries, clients, government-related parties, and internal teams.

* Able to prepare and manage document checklists, corporate trackers, client records, and internal reports.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing corporate documents and client information.

* Organized, responsible, disciplined, and able to complete tasks within the required deadlines.

* Able to manage multiple clients, documents, and corporate processes at the same time.

* Good communication skills and able to explain corporate process updates clearly.

* Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and document management tools.

* Able to work under pressure and handle urgent corporate matters when required.

* Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Professional attitude with strong responsibility, accuracy, confidentiality, and work ethic.

The candidate will coordinate directly with the legal, corporate, immigration, tax, finance, administration, client service, and management teams as required.
