We are looking for a Psychometrician who is capable of managing psychometric assessments and analyzing data to support organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometrics / assessment / analytics
- Minimum education: Master’s degree (S2) in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of assessment and psychometrics
- Experienced in processing and analyzing data
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with ISO or certification in psychometrics/statistics is a plus
