About the Role
StackOrbit Indonesia is seeking a proactive and leadership-minded Province Sales Lead (Province Head) to manage and expand our province-level sales operations. You will build, train, and guide local Sales Agents to achieve regional targets.
Key Responsibilities (Jobdesk)
Target Achievement: Drive, manage, and achieve province-level sales targets.
Recruitment & Team Building: Recruit, onboard, support, and train local Sales Agents.
Operational Management: Manage day-to-day province-level operations and ground execution.
Team Supervision: Support, coach, and supervise Sales Agents to boost sales productivity and morale.
Reporting: Submit mandatory daily activity and performance updates to the National Head and Mr. Devaraj (CMO).
Requirements & Skills Needed
Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) to liaise with executive/foreign leadership.
Experience: Background in sales, team recruitment, agent management, or field operations.
Working Hours: Committed to working 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
