What We’re Looking For :
Fluent spoken and written English, with professional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
Confident using Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Drive, Docs and Gmail.
Familiar with Airtable or a similar database or CRM.
Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for drafting, organising information and supporting routine work, with the ability to check the accuracy of the output.
Able to manage requests from several agents and follow up without repeated reminders.
Preferably experienced in real estate rental and sales administration, including transaction paperwork and coordination with owners or other agents.
