The Role
We are seeking an objective, articulate, and results-oriented Property Sales Agent. In this position, you will serve as a trusted property advisor, managing relations with a diverse clientele and facilitating premium property transactions across both primary and secondary markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Advisory: Manage high-value inbound leads and guide local and international clients through property acquisitions, leaseholds, and premium long-term rentals.
• Property Showcases: Conduct professional property viewings and deliver structured, high-end presentations.
• Deal Facilitation: Navigate sales and rental transaction pipelines efficiently from initial contact to successful closing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our internal marketing and listing teams to streamline the client journey.
Requirements
• Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales, luxury hospitality, or premium client-facing sectors in Bali.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Professional fluency in English is essential to serve global clients; professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly valued for domestic investors.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional active listening, negotiation skills, and a human-centered approach to high-net-worth client care.
• Mindset: Highly organized, ethical, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player.
What We Offer
• Base Salary: IDR 7,000,000 Gross per month.
