PROPERTY OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – NUSA PENIDA

The One Penida is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy Property Operations Assistant to support daily operations during our renovation and pre-opening phase.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, flexible, and comfortable helping with a variety of housekeeping and property support tasks in a relaxed but professional environment.
Current environment:
The property is currently undergoing renovation and is primarily occupied by the property owners and construction workers until opening. This is not yet a guest-facing luxury hospitality role, but the right candidate may have opportunities to grow with the company as operations expand.
Responsibilities Include:
• General housekeeping and cleaning
• Sweeping outdoor areas and maintaining property cleanliness
• Cleaning windows and common areas
• Managing trash and keeping the property organized
• Sending and collecting laundry
• Basic shopping and supply runs
• Monitoring and restocking drinking water and household necessities
• Weekly and as-needed Balinese offerings (canang) on the property
• Assisting with general day-to-day property needs
• Supporting a clean, calm, and organized environment during renovations
Requirements:
• Some English communication ability preferred
• Honest, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Comfortable living and working in Nusa Penida
Previous housekeeping, villa, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, paid monthly.
Schedule:
Option 1: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
Option 2: 7 days with 2 half days
Accommodation:
Live-in accommodation is currently available at the property during the renovation and pre-opening phase. Once the property opens, this could transition to a monthly living allowance to support independent housing.
