Job description for Property manager/ Property Mangement Executive at The Property Runway

Experience in Property Management/ Condo Management/ MCST experience. Work from home and travel around Singapore for different properties, from HDBs to Landed.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful & energetic Leasing Executive to support the team's realtors in Rentals.

NOTE: You need not possess a Real Estate License for this role.

The job role entails:

- Handle documents for rental & sale for handovers (Passing property to tenants and return)
- Liaising with the Vendors/ Contracrors to ensure all repairs/ touch ups are done
- Preparing the Inventory Reports for Landlords & Tenants
- Following up on any repair works/ outstanding items with Landlord/ Tenants for leasing matters.
- Research on appliances, fittings or furnitures for the spaces we manage
- Updating the clients on progress

A good fit would be someone positive and independent! Able to speak English, Chinese and/or Bahasa Malay.
